THE CHALLENGE
This Italian auto manufacturer needed had a sub domain for their flagship product, attempting to reach three major European markets. They were suffering declining search traffic each month, and had a very high bounce rate of 85%. This resulted in very poor search visibility in local search, across all European markets.

THE IDEA
This client did not have an existing digital marketing program initially. They needed an advanced SEO program to scale across 8 markets in Europe, and needed to geo target a specific audience interested in their flagship car. They had a sub domain on a .com that resulted in an 85% bounce rate. After optimizing for a specific set of Italian search intents, and work began on the recommendation of migrating the sub domain over to reside in a main category folder on the client's .it domain. A prioritized set of issues was developed, then SEO team lead, Janet Bartoli managed delivery & execution of fixes and optimizations site-wide.
